Jands Production Services.
After the success of the Jands site, Jands returned to Universal Head to redesign its sister site, jands Production Services. With a long pedigree in live performance in Australia, JPS needed a site not only evocative of the business, but easy to use and linked to a WordPress blogging system to put the control of updates directly in the client’s hands.
The result is the ‘dark’ response to the very clean and white Jands site; the background texture is evocative of a mixing desk armrest, and the boldly coloured mastheads are in strong contrast. Technically, the site is hand-coded with the latest web techniques, and the News and History sections be easily updated by the client using a browser-based WordPress interface.
